Refund policy
Our policy prohibits returns and refunds, so once you receive your item, it cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a video of opening the package.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt, inspect your order and promptly notify us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received for further evaluation and resolution. A video of opening the package is necessary for damage claims upon delivery.
